Tehran, YJC. Mostafa Pourmohammadi has said that there are plans if Mashaee decides to run for the presidential elections.
Pourmohammadi who was announcing his candidacy for the elections said "It has been said that Mr. Mashaee intends to become candidate. We have counted for that and know what to do. We have to do our own job. We must not reveal our tactics now.”
"Our collective tactic is to agree on one person if there is
a powerful rival,” he added.
Answering a question as to why some candidates from the current administration are talked of as though it is obvious that they will be disqualified, Pourmohammadi said "Maybe the same goes on in our minds. But we have to count for the toughest situation. Our planning is what to do if the one we hoped not to be qualified does get qualification and enters the campaign.”
"If the ruling side candidate has a high capacity we will enact our own plans, if he doesn’t and goes into coalition with others again we will have our own plans,” he asserted.
